1. Five-axis machining center, when working, five coordinate axes drive the tool to move around the workpiece, and can realize five-axis linkage three-dimensional movement, which can cut difficult-to-process materials in the shortest time to obtain very high-precision contours and profiles. The multi-face processing of the entire product can be completed in one clamping.
2. The system adopts SYNTEC five-axis linkage CNC system. The machine combines power, speed and precision and can be equipped with multiple functions such as dust collection, automatic tool change and RTCP.
3. The universal international standard G, M, T codes are compatible with numerical control (NC) programs produced by a variety of CAD/CAM 3D design software, including UG and POWERMILL. This compatibility ensures seamless functionality across applications without any hindrance.
4. Processing the thermoformed plastic or composite material products for three-dimensional or multidimensional special-shaped cutting, drilling, trimming etc.
5.The auto tool change (ATC) spindle and tool magazine on a 5-axis CNC machine streamline the machining process by automatically swapping tools as needed.
The ATC spindle, equipped with a high-speed and precision mechanism, rapidly selects and secures tools from the magazine, ensuring minimal downtime.
The tool magazine, often with multiple stations, holds an array of tools, allowing for complex part production without manual intervention.
This system enhances efficiency, reduces human error, and supports continuous operation for intricate, multi-step machining tasks.
