1. RB-F5-1212-Z06 non-metal five-axis machining center has a gantry structure, which ensures good machining dynamic characteristics of machine. When working, the workpiece table moves along the ground rail, and the five coordinate axes drive the tool to move around the workpiece, which can realize five Axis linkage three-dimensional movement meets the processing of pentahedron and arbitrary curved surface.        

2. It can process the thermoformed plastic or composite material  in the shortest time for three-dimensional or multidimensional special-shaped cutting, drilling, trimming etc. This mini size is suitable for the small products or parts.

Our Advantages

 

1. Syntec five-axis linkage CNC system is used. The machine combines power, speed and precision, customer can request  other optional functions such as dust collection, automatic tool change, and RTCP. 

2. The milling head has 2 CNC continuous rotary coordinates: the 4th (C) axis and the 5th (B) axis, realizing linkage processing (including milling and hole rolling functions). Different brands of  high-speed machining spindle can be choosed such as Italy Hiteco. 

3. The welded steel bed is adopted, the bed is solid, and the key parts are added with ribbed plates. The main material is Q235 rectangular tube, the wall thickness is 10mm, and the thickness of the connecting plate is not less than 20mm.The bed has undergone finite element analysis (FEA) and design, and all bed parts have been stress-relieved (non-vibration aging treatment) before machining, providing a rigid and stable foundation for the machine.

4. X/Y axis adopts Taiwan CSK double-row four-row ball slider linear guide;

   The Z axis adopts Taiwan HIWIN double-row four-row roller slider linear guide;

   X/Y/Z axis adopts Taiwan TBI precision screw rod;

   The C/B axis adopts the Japanese Sumitomo high-torque zero-backlash hollow reducer. 

5.The machine adopts the method of central oil supply, and adopts the method of automatic oil injection and lubrication for all mechanical moving parts such as screw rods and guide rails, which greatly improves the service life of the machine.
