Product Description

 

1.The five axes include three linear axes (XYZ) + two rotary axes (CB), which can run simultaneously to achieve the processing of complex and difficult-to-process parts, obtain the processing effect of dents and inclined surfaces, reduce the processing time and improve the glossiness of the workpiece surface.
 

 

2.The equipment uses the latest generation of five-axis CNC machine tools, which are equipped with dust removal systems, automatic tool change, and  RTCP, which significantly improves production efficiency. This machine tool can process multiple surfaces of a workpiece while fixing the workpiece once.

3.The automatic tool changer (ATC) is equipped with a high-speed and precise mechanical structure, which can quickly select the appropriate tool from the tool library and complete the tool change with minimal downtime. The entire process does not require human intervention, reducing the risk of operating errors. It can perform complex multi-step processing operations without interruption, thereby effectively improving the efficiency of machine tools.

4.The size and specifications of the products can be customized according to customer needs; for the spindle part, we provide high-quality spindles independently developed by RBT or imported from Germany, Italy, South Korea and other countries, including HSM, Hiteco, HSD and other brands for customers to choose.

5.The workpiece is easy to install without relying on special fixtures; the design of the rotary axis allows the tool to rotate around the workpiece, which is very suitable for 3D engraving operations. RBT's five-axis machining center is equipped with imported double swing pins, which are characterized by high speed and high precision, and can achieve a full range of 360° swing angles.
