Product Description:

This non-metallic five-axis machining center provides an ideal solution for high-precision machining with its gantry structure and advanced technical features:
 

1. Gantry structure design: ensures the dynamic stability of the machine tool during machining. During operation, the worktable moves along the ground track, and the five-axis system drives the tool to perform five-axis linkage around the workpiece to achieve precise machining of pentahedrons and complex surfaces.

2. Fast multi-dimensional machining capability: can quickly perform three-dimensional or multi-dimensional special-shaped cutting, drilling, trimming and other processing on thermoformed plastics or composite materials, especially suitable for the processing needs of small products or parts.

3. Safety protection design: the single worktable is equipped with a protective room structure to ensure safety and debris overflow during production and processing. The floor drain dust collection device is combined with a high-performance dust collector to effectively collect external processing debris.

4. Advanced CNC system: adopts SYNTEC five-axis linkage CNC system, which integrates power, speed and precision. It can be equipped with dust collection, automatic tool change, RTCP and other functions to meet diverse processing needs.

5. Multifunctional rotary axis: equipped with two rotary axes, it can realize linkage processing, including grinding and drilling functions. Users can choose high-speed machining spindles of brands such as Italian Hiteco according to different needs.

6. Solid bed structure: It adopts welded steel plate bed, and key parts are reinforced with ribs. The main material is Q235 rectangular tube, with a wall thickness of 10mm and a connecting plate thickness of not less than 20mm. The bed has been analyzed and designed by finite element analysis (FEA), and all bed parts have been stress-relieved before processing to ensure the rigidity and stability of the machine tool.

7. High-precision moving parts: X/Y axis adopts Taiwan CSK double-row four-row ball slider linear guide; Z axis adopts Taiwan HIWIN double-row four-row roller slider linear guide; X/Y/Z axis adopts Taiwan TBI precision screw; C/B axis adopts Japan Sumitomo high-torque zero-clearance hollow reducer, ensuring the high precision and reliability of the machine tool.

8. Automatic lubrication system: The machine adopts central oil supply, and all mechanical moving parts such as screws, guide rails, etc. are automatically lubricated, which significantly improves the service life of the machine.

9. Automated tool library: Equipped with an 8-clamp tool library, it realizes the storage of various tools and seamless and automated tool changeover, optimizes the workflow and minimizes downtime.

10. Compact body design: Despite the small size of the machine, its performance is no different from that of a large machine, and it is particularly suitable for working environments with limited space.

A : Our factory is located in Quanzhou city,Fujian province,China. You can fly to Jinjiang or Xiamen air port, we will pick you up.
Q2. Are you produce polishing machine's specific parameters according to the samples?
A: Yes, we produce the machine you want by your samples or technical drawings. Usually one machine have different molds and fixtures like metal polishing machine,die casting machine.
Q3. What is your sample service?
A: We can supply the sample testing which client want to produce or the spare parts.
