1. The machine is equipped with two independent workbenches, which can process products on one workbench while preparing the clamping of the next product on the other workbench, which not only improves safety but also reduces equipment downtime, thereby improving production efficiency. When processing large workpieces, the two workbenches can be combined to double the processing range in the X-axis direction.

2. The SYNTEC five-axis linkage CNC system is adopted, which supports high-speed machining and comprehensive programming of complex parts, ensuring machining accuracy and efficiency. The machine integrates power, speed and accuracy, and has enhanced dust collection, automatic tool change, RTCP and other advanced functions.

3. The machining center has 3 linear axes (X, Y, Z) and 2 rotary axes (A and B or C). The X, Y, and Z axes use roller linear guides from Taiwan HIWIN and precision hollow reducers from Japan Sumitomo to ensure the reliability of heavy cutting. The C/B axis uses an imported double-swing head spindle, which can achieve 360° fast and precise swing, so that the processing of the entire complex surface can be completed in one clamping.

4. The clamping process of the workpiece is simple and no special fixture is required, which simplifies the operation process and improves work efficiency.

5. The machine is equipped with an automatic tool change magazine that can accommodate 8 tools, ensuring seamless and automated tool replacement, optimizing the workflow and minimizing downtime caused by tool change.

6. By adopting laser interferometer for detection, the CNC machining center ensures high machining accuracy and meets strict industry standards.

7. The sturdy construction of the machine, including the welded steel bed and rib reinforcement design, all bed parts have been stress-relieved, providing a stable working foundation for precision machining.

8. The machine is equipped with its own brand of high-performance spindles, and also provides high-quality imported spindle options, such as the Italian Hiteco brand, to meet the needs of different users.
